2Account Eligibility

To register and use rmcuci's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. rmcuci takes the protection of minors from gambling activities seriously and will verify the age of all members.
• Register under your own name only. Registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts participation in online gaming activities.
• Never previously blacklisted or had an account suspended by rmcuci due to a policy violation.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Rmcuci reserves the right to request eligibility verification at any time and may suspend or close the account of any member who fails to meet the above requirements.

3Registration & KYC

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. rmcuci carries out a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure the safety of all members and to meet internal compliance requirements. Documents that may be required during the KYC process include:

• Valid national ID or passport
• Proof of current address (recent bank statement or utility bill)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

Accounts with incomplete KYC verification may have withdrawal functions restricted until verification is completed. All submitted documents are securely stored with encryption and are not shared with third parties unless required by law.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation that may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another player. All rmcuci decisions regarding bonuses are final and binding.

6Game Rules

All games available on the rmcuci platform — including Slots, Live Casino, Bingo, Fish Shooting Games, and Sports Betting — are subject to specific rules stated within each game. The following general rules apply to all game categories:

• Game results generated by a certified RNG system are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, rmcuci will use system records to determine a fair outcome.
• Rmcuci is not responsible for any losses resulting from internet disruptions or device failures on the player's end.
• The use of automated assistance software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

For Live Casino games, results announced by the dealer are final. Any dispute regarding an error must be raised with the support team within 24 hours of the session ending.

7Player Conduct

Rmcuci expects all members to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following behaviour is prohibited and may result in an account being suspended or permanently closed:

• Using offensive language, making threats, or harassing other members or support staff.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Making false claims or attempting fraud against the platform.
• Recording or broadcasting any gaming session without prior written consent from rmcuci.
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

Rmcuci reserves the right to take appropriate action against any player who violates these conduct rules, including forfeiting winnings obtained through means that breach these terms.

8Account Closure

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the rmcuci customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible cash balances must be withdrawn following the standard withdrawal procedure.

Rmcuci reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice if:

• The player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspicious activity suggesting fraud or money laundering.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• The player activates the self-exclusion program via the Responsible Gaming.

For accounts closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.

9Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, rmcuci shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform. rmcuci's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

Rmcuci does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors at all times. However, we are committed to resolving any technical issues as promptly as possible and providing reasonable compensation where appropriate.

10Terms Amendments

Rmcuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to members via a notice on the website or to the email address registered to your account.

Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.

11Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the rmcuci platform shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
